3.3 Account Accuracy. Your registered name must match the name on the payment account(s) used for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments — where funds are sent to or received from someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your win22 account, including any balance and bonus credits, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving bank's own clearing schedules. win22 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment intermediaries.

5.4 Bonus balances are separate from real-money balances. Withdrawal of a Player's real-money balance does not automatically cancel any active bonus subject to wagering requirements — the bonus will expire according to its stated terms.

9.3 win22's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arose.

By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein. Player data is used strictly for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
